Techs are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors. We promote from within — most of our regional leads started on the tools with us.

EPA 608 required. Commercial RTU and split system experience preferred. Refrigeration experience is a plus.
Journeyman or master license preferred. Service and repair focus, not new construction.
Commercial service work: lighting, panels, troubleshooting. State license required.
General repairs across trades. A great fit if you are handy across the board and want to grow into a licensed trade.
Coordinate technicians and client work orders. Trade experience helpful but not required.
